  M.ATV is launching its first YouTube partnership programme with content creators who wish to reach a bigger audience and make money through online platforms such as YouTube but are unable to do so because they have not reached the  needed threshold where one has to have 1000 subscribers and 4000 watch hours over the past 12 months on his channel.

MAtv intends to partner with various content such musicians,filmmakers,vloggers,comedians,media students e.t.c

M.ATV has been an official YouTube partner and content creator which make our channel generate income through content uploading. The partnership program is aimed at helping content creators on YouTube earn money with their content and also grow their audience in their individual channels and earn income independently in future.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Ø      The content MUST be copyright free i.e. videos,audio,sound elements,graphics,idea,script

Ø    The content presented MUST not have been uploaded anywhere else on YouTube or any other site.

Ø      Interested partners MUST download the contract via the link provided, read it through and make sure all necessary individuals participate and sign.

Ø      M.ATV will not be liable for any legal action concerning content copyright issues or income sharing issues among production crews as every content creator who submits the content will be fully responsible for those issues as our goal is only to offer a platform to create income and reach the needed target audience.

Ø     Revenue shall be disbursed to the person who submitted the content.

Ø  60% equity  share for each revenue created by each upload on individual playlist will be shared to all our partners via mobile banking or bank account provided by partners after every 2 months.*TRANSCATION FEE  WILL BE INCLUDED DURING PAYMENT PROGRAMME WHICH MAY VARY ACCORDING TO EACH INDIVIDUALS INCOME.

Ø  M.ATV may conduct any other business with your content e.g may bid your content to highest bidder for broadcasting purpose on the mainstream media where the initial agreement of 60% equity share will still go to the content creator and the rest which is 40% will go to M.ATV.

Ø  To be part of the YouTube program partnership one must fill in the Google form accurately and pay a non-refundable fee of 1000ksh or 10$ via mobile banking or to our bank account so that our officials can begin reviewing  your content and if chosen a playlist will be created as you named it in the goggle form. If not chosen one still has duration of 3months period to send another content for review under the guidance of our officials.

Ø  After making payments screenshot the whole transaction of the message or pay slip and upload it on the payment section on our Google forms and after the payment reflects and content is approved by our team we shall create a playlist for you on our channel and upload the content as we give you time to figure out which package to subscribe to.

Ø  Once you find your convenient package  you can pay for your subscription via mobile banking or bank account then send the payment screenshot to our email (masterallanotv@gmail.com)   and now you can start enjoying your YouTube partnership program by sending us your content and in less than 48hrs your content will be up and running on our channel and you will be able to see it on your YouTube creator studio after providing your email address which will be attached to our channel under a VIEWER/EDITOR bandage.

Ø  Content must be sent via WETRANSFER and not via Google drive so as to maintain the original quality.

Ø  Content must be produced in an ethical manner.

Ø  Content must not contain obscene scenes i.e. pornographic images

Ø  For the film category that includes,documentaries,feature films/news items the content must not be reinforcing African  stereotypes, must be telling the stories from the African communities perspective  by letting the lion tell the story rather than the hunter telling the story, tell the stories in English or include English subtitles and stories must emphasize on African culture and history

Ø  The music, podcasts, vloggs etc. ensure they are inspiring, motivating, and educative and if possible incorporate African ideas in our content.
